Hi, I’m Anna — a certified postpartum fitness coach, wellness advocate, and most importantly, a proud mama. I created this space out of a deep personal need and a shared experience that so many of us go through silently: the physical and emotional rollercoaster that follows childbirth.

After becoming a mother, I quickly realized how little support there was for women navigating the postpartum period—not just in caring for a newborn, but in caring for themselves. My body felt unfamiliar, my energy was depleted, and finding time for myself seemed impossible. Sound familiar?

That’s why I started PostbabyCore — a safe, empowering, and encouraging space dedicated to helping new mothers reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and rediscover confidence in a way that honors the unique journey of motherhood. Here, fitness isn’t about bouncing back — it’s about moving forward.
